John Q was recommended through Astoria Homeowners and he was terrific. I needed a mailbox bolted down and even though it was a small job, he was so nice about it. He worked with my schedule - which kept changing because of the delivery from Home Depot. John is careful, thoughtful, trustworthy, extremely talented, and takes tremendous pride in his work.  His finish work is second-to-none!  What I enjoy most about working with John is that he works with you to think of the best and most creative ways to resolve problems that end up working and looking better than you could've imagined.
